Pi Love & RMH

Alpha Delta Pi has a variety of contributions that go into this sisterhood to make it whole.

I am beyond blessed to serve Gamma Gamma in the very heart of ADPi: Philanthropy. Our National Philanthropy is Ronald McDonald House. Alpha Delta Pi, and our chapter in particular, gets to reap the benefits of having an RMHC location less than an hour away in Tampa Bay. Our chapter travels to the House to provide meals for the families of the Tampa area at least twice a month.

It is so easy to let Greek Life become overwhelming, stressful, and most affiliated members will admit to questioning their place once or twice within the Greek Community. However, I can speak for each and every one of Gamma Gamma's sisters when I say that when we go to RMH, there is no question on the impact we are making.

Getting to touch lives and have the opportunity to provide a better tomorrow is something that not only our Philanthropy has taught us but, Greek Life, as a whole, has provides lessons in appreciation and generosity for all members. There are pros and cons to every club, organization, or sisterhood.

Yet, when I stand in the Ronald McDonald House of Tampa Bay, I know that Alpha Delta Pi is a place where lives are changed and the opportunities to enrich the lives of those around us is endless. That is something that is simply irreplaceable.

Remember: ADPi is not something you become. It is something you already are. Our Philanthropic endeavors are a daily reminder of what it means to be an Alpha Delta Pi.
